ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

As a therapist, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Practice to meet client’s needs. My approach is honest, collaborative, conversational and psychoeducational and I use a holistic approach to treat a number of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma exposure and stress.  

I support couples in mutual understanding, navigating life transitions, resolving conflict, and learning adaptive communication skills.
