As a therapist and Coach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Practice to meet clients’ needs. My approach is honest, collaborative, conversational, and psychoeducational and I use a holistic approach to treat a number of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma exposure, and stress.
I support couples in mutual understanding, navigating life transitions, resolving conflict, and learning adaptive communication skills.
