JANUARY IS MENTAL WELLNESS MONTH

January has been declared as Mental Wellness Month to raise awareness about the need to take care of our mental health, especially in light of the widespread occurrence of mental health difficulties and illnesses in our society. Furthermore, many organizations, including our own, have traditionally stigmatized mental health disorders. Thankfully, and partly as a result of research, the idea that mental health is just as vital as physical health is gaining traction in popular culture.
