Life Coaching

Are you looking for change?

Change comes best when it is planned and controlled.

In the 1980’s coaching was used as a tool by many executives to guide their organizations through change but in the last twenty five years coaching has spread beyond the business and sports community to all those who are interested in achieving their personal and professional goals.

With a Coach you will:

  • Make bigger, better and smarter decisions because you set the goals you really want.
Our first task together is to find out what you want for yourself or your business.  I will help you to see the difference between what you think you have to do and what you really want for yourself.  When we have found your ideal goal, we will set a course to achieve it.

  • Have a balanced life.
Life is full today.  Sometimes too full.  I’ll show you how to set boundaries that allow you to live your values and still be responsible.

  • Have a clear focus.
Talking about your options with someone who knows how to listen helps to make it clear.  I will always give an honest and constructive view.  As your coach I will always want more for you and never have a self-serving motive.

  • Have more energy.
I will provide you with the tools, structure and support to stay on track.

The word coach brings to mind a team of athletes working in close relationship with someone who can help them achieve their best.

No one can argue with the talent of Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, or Serena Williams yet all of these superstars know the value of a coach.

The International coaching Federation (ICF) defines a Professional Coach as follows;  Professional Coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives.  Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs.  They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful.  The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the client already has.
